SceneCraft Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how IRYNA PANIK (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information in connection with SceneCraft, a mobile game for iPhone and iPad.

Information We Collect

The game does not require an account, and we do not ask players to provide their name, address, email address, phone number, photos, contacts, precise location, or payment information inside the game.

The game may store progress, unlocked endings, settings, and tutorial status locally on your device. This local game data is used only to provide gameplay features.

To support advertising, ad measurement, fraud prevention, app integrity, and security, the game and integrated third-party services may process limited technical data, including device identifiers such as IDFV, advertising identifier (IDFA) only if you grant App Tracking Transparency permission, device and app information, IP-derived coarse location, diagnostics, crash or performance data, ad impressions, ad clicks, and other ad interaction events.

Third-Party Services

The game may integrate advertising, measurement, and security services, including Chartboost, Yandex Ads, Vungle / Liftoff, InMobi, and HSSecurity. These services may collect or receive technical data from the app to load ads, measure ad performance, limit fraud, maintain service security, and comply with legal requirements. Their processing is governed by their own privacy policies.

App Tracking Transparency

Where required by Apple, the game asks for permission before using the advertising identifier to track you across apps or websites owned by other companies. You can allow or deny this permission in the iOS App Tracking Transparency prompt. You can also change your choice later in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.

How We Use Information

We use information to provide and maintain gameplay, remember local progress and settings, show and measure ads, prevent fraud and abuse, maintain app integrity and security, troubleshoot technical issues, and comply with applicable law.

Sharing of Information

We do not sell personal information. We may share limited technical information with service providers and advertising partners that help operate ads, measurement, fraud prevention, and security features. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, users, or services.

Children

The game is not directed to children under 13.

Retention

Local game progress remains on your device until you reset game data or delete the app. Third-party partners may retain technical and advertising data according to their own policies and legal obligations.

Your Choices

You can deny App Tracking Transparency permission, adjust device privacy settings, reset or erase game progress inside the game where available, or delete the app to remove local game data from your device.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

International Processing

Information processed by us or our service providers may be transferred to and processed in countries or regions other than where you live, subject to applicable law.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date and make the revised policy available through the game or our support page.
